I'm surprised to see both of you here so late. I haven't been home long after seeing "Inglourious Basterds" this afternoon and after that my best friend (Wiliam) and I were invited to dinner. Having glanced only at the desserts, it seems a good time was had here at AO's.

Hey, Linda ~ there's lots of cheesecake leftover, but here's something we all can share ... some little cheesecake poppers. They look wicked.

It looks as if the two of you have been writing up a storm. Plenty of reading matter for later.

p.s. How did you like the movie, and what did you have for dinner? The movie was very long, but easy to follow in a poetic justice kind of way. There were some brilliant moments of sick comedy. I'm glad I've seen it, but have no desire to see it again. Dinner was steak, sausage, green beans and potatoes. Very basic but very tasty. The main reason I go is so that William can go out and come in whenever he wants. This weather is as hard on him as it is on me. We miss our long walks.

Did KO have anything interesting to say about anything? Lord only knows. Lady Fair didn't watch again, adding yet another furrow to his already fretted brow.

I can remember the days when he didn't surround himself with wide-eyed sycophants.
